9th Grade Promotion at EMR
“Students Dedicated to Achieving a New DreaM”
Each year, our schools celebrate the Promotion of the oldest students to the highest academic level in school.
In February, our 9th grade students at Eva May Russell celebrated their promotion to 9th grade as the highest grade and leaders of the school.
Students representing their chosen class slogan: Estudiantes Dedicados A Un Nuevo Sueño
As a class, they develop their own mission statement to share with the whole school. This year’s 9th grade class chose “Students dedicated to achieving a new dream” as their slogan to represent their intent on achieving their dreams both in and out of the classroom. The event included music, dancing, prayer, and celebration.

Our co-country director, Ramon Prenza, charged the students to surrender their future dreams and plans to God’s will and trust Him.
Pray for these students as they transition into other education programs after completing their time with Kids Alive.
We pray that God continues to draw each individual to himself — that they would seek Him wherever He leads them!
